Every morning from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, the friendly team of our 3-star hotel in Ajaccio will offer you the opportunity to enjoy the sweet and savoury flavours of a large breakfast buffet with local touches. You can choose to sit in the restaurant, on the sunny terrace or on the terrace of your room for a breakfast in complete privacy ( for an additional charge). This gourmet awakening is offered at a rate of 14€/person and 7€/child (under 12 years old). The hotel La Pinède honours various local products as part of its responsible and sustainable approach. You will be able to discover sheep milk yoghurts with different flavours (citron, clementine, chestnut, etc.), Corsican marmalades with figs or 3 citrus fruits, hazelnut spread and the delicious honey from Dugas Fabrice made in Appietto. Various flavoured Canistrelli biscuits and Corsican cakes are also available. Delicious white ham with maquis herbs, sheep's tomme and eggs from our local free-range hens will add a savoury touch to your breakfast. A pancake-maker is also available for pancake lovers and is committed to delighting all gourmands.
